Anticipation and excitement at the site of The Ritz-Carton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens continue to build as sitework, in preparation for foundation pours and vertical construction, nears completion.

New electrical conduits have been installed as part of major electrical grid improvements which will eventually provide service to charge nearly 300 vehicles
