The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens Enters Final Construction Phase
Construction is nearing completion on The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, a 106-unit waterfront condominium development at 2200 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Developed by Catalfumo Companies and built by Seawood Builders, the project occupies the last 14 contiguous acres of Intracoastal waterfront in the Palm Beach Gardens Marina District and consists of three six-story buildings designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, with hospitality interiors by Susurrus and model residential interiors by Decorators Unlimited. Completion is expected this spring.
The development is now in its final construction phase as it transitions toward occupancy. Interior work is advancing across all three buildings, where appliance installation, drywall, and millwork are well underway as the Estate Collection residences begin to take shape. The project has also appointed Monique Nussbaum as general manager ahead of resident move-ins. Nussbaum brings more than 25 years of experience across The Ritz-Carlton brand and luxury residential communities and will oversee the property’s 106 residences, marina-front amenities, and service program
