Anticipation continues to build as we near completion of site work in preparation for vertical construction at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens.
Sheet pile work is over 50% complete with a total of 207 pairs of interlocking sheet piles, each between 35 – 55 feet tall, scheduled to be driven into the ground.
BCI barges and heavy construction equipment have begun installation of custom docks and floating walkways, with marina construction scheduled to be completed in later summer.
We’ll soon be raising anchors from Palm Beach Garden’s newest and most exclusive private marina as we prepare for groundbreaking in late summer 2024.
