Over a Year of Sitework Is Now Complete
During the past year, substantial construction on the site has been completed, including:
- Assemblage of a 14-acre property with 1,040 feet of Intracoastal Waterway frontage, the largest waterfront residential project currently under construction in Palm Beach
- Demolition of all existing structures and clearing of land
- Completion of a perimeter construction road
- On-site relocation of hardwood trees
- Expansion and dredging of dock area to accommodate vessels up to 75-feet

- Excavation of over 38,000 cubic yards of soil which has been relocated throughout the site
- 207 interlocking sheet piles, measuring 35 to 55 feet in height, have been successfully driven into the ground, including drilling-in of tie backs
- Completion of vibroflotation work, the compacting and densifying of soil in preparation for vertical construction
- Installation of new electrical conduits, which will provide electrical charging service for nearly 300 vehicle
