The Ritz-Carlton Residences Residences, Palm Beach Gardens has reached another significant milestone with the completion of the first phase of marina and floating dock construction and installation. We’ll soon be raising anchors from Palm Beach Garden’s newest and most exclusive private marina.
Marina Technologies, a renowned custom floating dock manufacturer, engineered a world-class dockage system that offers the utmost in quality, stability, and longevity. The waterfront was significantly expanded and dredged to now accommodate larger vessels up to 80-feet. The floating dock and walkways system were manufactured in Marina Technologies’ state-of-the-art facilities in Quebec, Canada, and were installed on-site throughout the early summer. Weeks ahead of schedule, final timber piles were driven in late- July, and on-site heavy equipment, including a barge and crane, are in the process of being relocated.
Site work in preparation for commencement of vertical construction continues at a vigorous pace. Final sheet piles are being driven in now, and vibrofloatation, the compaction, and densifying of the soil preceding foundation work, is set to begin next week.
