Over 500 Cubic Yards of Concrete Poured Today, North Building Garage Walls Going Vertical

April 29, 2024

Today, April 29th, a monumental step is taken in the construction journey of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens. A meticulous operation realizes the pouring of 500 cubic yards of concrete, delivered in a convoy of 50 robust trucks. This significant stride in the development’s vertical ascent underscores the progress and importance of this transformative project.

This pour is a focal point for the North Building, specifically targeting the western walls of the lower parking garage level beneath the North Tower, receiving attention as they are meticulously poured along with elevator base 7, a critical element ensuring the structural integrity of the edifice.

As the concrete sets, anticipation mounts for the development’s forthcoming rise. Looking ahead, final touches for the North building’s elevator base, including a full base pour for elevator 8, are projected to be completed this week. Subsequent pours for elevator bases 6, 5, and 4 in the East building are slated for next week, underscoring the relentless momentum of progress.
